We had roof work done not too, too long ago. What happened? It seems like it failed prematurely.
Mr. Kooken
There was some work done there in 2005, and some additional work in 2012 to patch that area. But they are
having leak problems. There’s water coming down the walls and damage to plaster and general leaks in two
or three different places.
Alderman Siegel
| have no issue whatsoever with the necessity of making repairs. You do roof work and then all of a sudden
you’re having major, major issues like that. Under 15 years is pretty unusual, so I’m surprised. That indicates
that it wasn’t installed properly.

| think that’s a good generalization. There’s been some problems really going back to the original install.
