Re: Approval to Donate Surplus Equipment

Please see the attached communication from Brian D. Rhodes, Assistant Fire Chief to Dan
Kooken, Purchasing Manager dated February 10, 2017 for information related to this request.

Pursuant to § 5-88. Surplus stock.

[Amended 10-9-2012 by Ord. No. O-12-022]

With approval of the Finance Committee, the Purchasing Manager may donate, barter, gift or
otherwise dispose of surplus material, stock or equipment which has failed to be sold, exchanged
or traded pursuant to Subsection B.

The estimated value of this equipment is $500.

Nashua Fire Rescue, Board of Fire Commission (February 6, 2017 meeting) and the Purchasing
Department recommend the donation of this equipment to the Errol FD of Errol, NH Knox.
