Manhole Invert Rebuild ADDED. There will be one (Each) unit of this added item in the
contract. This unit is located in the manhole at the intersection of Mulberry St and Walnut St.
Specification Section 02800:
Coating shall be epoxy, not polyurethane.
Change all of Section 3.05 to read as follows:
“Where applicable, manhole inverts shall be constructed of brick. If a brick invert is constructed, it
shall comply with the City of Nashua requirements found in the Standard Specifications for Sewers
and Drains available at the City Engineering Department or on line at www.NashuaNH. gov under
Public Works Department, then Engineering Department.”
Liquid Asphalt Adjustment:
Specification Section 01150 Measurement and Payment, Paragraph 2.13, A on page 23:
Change the base price of asphalt for this Contract from $390/ton (February 2017 price) to:
$402.50 (March 2017 price).
