Cut new opening in roof deck
e Patch deck as needed

e Furmish & install wood nailers
e Flash curb and pocket into existing rubber roof
Electrical
Demo & new power wiring, conduit and lighting per plans and specs
HVAC
Demo existing duct, air handler units & associated appurtenances
Furnish & install new equipment, temperature controls / conduit & wiring,
test & balance and hoisting / rigging
QUALIFICATIONS:
All work to be scheduled and completed with RTU #1 & #2
All work is based on normal working hours 7:00 am — 3:30 pm Monday through
Friday
All areas (including roof) to be inspected prior to work commencing to verify
existing conditions, damage, etc.
