WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY —- HVAC UPGRADES
As a point of clarification, it should be understood that the Contract Documents govern all aspects of the
project. Informal discussions held over the telephone and/or during the pre-bid meeting are informational only.
All official changes to the Contract Documents are made only by addenda. The following changes and
additional information are hereby made a part of the Contract Documents. All Bidders shall acknowledge
receipt and acceptance of this Addendum when submitting their Bids. Bids submitted without
acknowledgement of receipt of this addendum may be considered non-responsive.
DRAWINGS
1. Drawing M-6: ADD the following under Notes: “4. Dampers SP1 and SP2 shall be 8” x 8”, parallel blade
control dampers, Greenheck VCD-23 or equivalent. Provide with NEMA 7 control actuators.”
2. Drawing E-1: ADD the following to the NEMA CLASSIFICATIONS FOR NEW ELECTRICAL
EQUIPMENT AND ENCLOSURES table “ROOM NAME: SLUDGE PROCESSING GARAGE, NEMA
RATING: 7”.
SIGNIFICANT QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES DURING THE BIDDING PERIOD
1. Q: Please provide additional schedule information for dampers SP] and SP2 on drawing M-6 and
where they will be powered from.
R: See drawings No. 1 above for schedule information. See drawings No. 2 above for the
classification of the Sludge Processing Garage, which will dictate the type of conduit needed.
Dampers SP1 and SP2 will be powered from ATC-1 as shown on drawing E-9.
