e Remove existing suspended metal panel ceilings, suspension system and lighting in
designated areas & dispose of
e Furnish & install new 2’ x 2’ suspended acoustical ceiling system per plans &
specs
e Cut & patch roof as needed
e Furnish & install support frame for CMUA-1 (Make Up Air Unit)
Roofing
e Cut new opening in roof deck
e Patch deck as needed
e Roof protection
e Furnish & install wood nailers
e Flash curb and pocket into existing rubber roof
Electrical
e Demo & new power wiring, conduit and lighting per plans and specs
HVAC
e Demo existing duct, air handler units & associated appurtenances
e Furnish & install new equipment, temperature controls / conduit & wiring,
test & balance and hoisting / rigging
QUALIFICATIONS:
e All work to be scheduled and completed with RTU #1 & #2
e All work is based on normal working hours 7:00 am — 3:30 pm Monday through
Friday
e All areas (including roof) to be inspected prior to work commencing to verify
existing conditions, damage, etc.
