e Modify existing louver openings to accommodate new louvers in the exterior brick
walls in the Gnt Building

e Demo & new power wiring and conduit per plans and specs
HVAC
e Demo existing duct, exhaust units & associated appurtenances
e Furnish & install new equipment, controls / conduit & wiring and start up,
test & balance
QUALIFICATIONS:
e All work to be scheduled and completed with work contained in proposals
previously submitted
e All work is based on normal working hours 7:00 am ~ 3:30 pm Monday through
Friday
e All areas to be inspected prior to work commencing to verify existing
conditions, damage, etc.
