All work is based on normal working hours 7:00 am — 3:30 pm Monday through
Friday
All areas (including roof) to be inspected prior to work commencing to verify
existing conditions, damage, etc.

Jobsite office trailer & furnishings
Jobsite storage trailer
Temporary utilities
Temporary HVAC / controls
Temp / portable toilet
Repairs or upgrades to existing building systems other than what is called out for
on the plans and/or stated above
Environmental issues / removal
Premium time and/or overtime
Any / all items not specifically stated above to be included
