Remove existing suspended metal panel ceilings, suspension system and lighting in
designated areas & dispose of
Furnish & install new 2’ x 2’ suspended acoustical ceiling system per plans &
specs
Modify openings in the full height block wall to accommodate new ductwork for
new RTU’s 1,2 & 3
Cut & patch as needed
Furnish & install steel @ new roof penetrations
Roofing
Cut new openings in roof deck
Patch deck as needed
Roof protection
Furnish & install wood nailers
Flash two curbs and pockets into existing rubber roof
Patch roof where existing air handling units and pockets are to be removed
Electrical
Demo & new power wiring, conduit and lighting per plans and specs
HVAC
Demo existing duct, air handler units & associated appurtenances
Furnish & install new equipment, temperature controls / conduit & wiring,
test & balance and hoisting / rigging
