Bidders & Others to Whom Bidding Documents have been issued by the CM
All items in this Addendum shall supersede or clarify the Bidding Documents as
onginally issued. The cost of the work of all trades affected by the changes in this
Addendum shall be included in the Base Bid or Alternates, as applicable. Failure to do
so may subject the Bidder to disqualification.
This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents. It supplements and/or
modifies them as follows:
ELECTRICAL CLAIRIFICATION:
E-001
Replace Electric Riser Keynote #1 as follows:
PROVIDE A 125 AMPERE, 3 POLE CIRCUIT BREAKER IN EXISTING
SQUARE D COMPANY NQOD TYPE PANELBOARD MDP TO FEED
THE NEW 20 HORSEPOWER ELEVATOR. VERIFY ACTUAL
HORSEPOWER OF ELEVATOR BEING INSTALLED AND PROVIDE
CIRCUIT BREAKER, EPMD, FUSES AND CONDUCTORS SIZED FOR
THE ACTUAL ELEVATOR PROVIDED FOR INSTALLATION AT THIS
PROJECT. THE ‘EMPD’ SHALL BE PROVIDED AS A 200 AMPERE,
FUSIBLE, LISTED ELEVATOR POWER MODULE DISCONNECT,
EQUAL TO A 200 AMPERE, BUSSMAN # PS 2 T20 R1 RBF3 T. UNIT
SHALL BE NEMA 1 ENCLOSED AND PROVIDE WITH FUSE
REDUCERS AS DEEMED NECESSARY TO MATCH REQUIRED TIME
DELAY FUSING BY THE ELEVATOR INSTALLER.
