Pursuant to NRO § 5-84 Special purchase procedures (A) (5) Purchases from a sole manufacturer, where it is
determined to be more efficient and economical to reduce costs of maintenance of additional repair parts,
supplies or services.
The CIO/IT Division Director and the Purchasing Department recommends the award of this contract in the amount
of $38,681 to MHC SOFTWARE, INC. of Burnsville, MN.
