Pursuant to § 5-84 Special purchase procedures A. (3) Purchases which can be procured through
cooperative intergovernmental purchase agreements with other governmental jurisdictions.
The Plant Operations Supervisor Wastewater Department, Board of Public Works (8/24/2017 meeting)
and Purchasing Department recommend the approval of this purchase from MHQ of Marlboro, MA in the
amount of $67,409.
