Commonweaith), other contracts procured under M.G.L. c 308 sec Ic and M.G.L. c.7 sec. 228, or any M.G.L. c. 308 contract between the vendor and the jurisdiction. Ail
off contract items must be procured under M.G.L. ¢. 308.
The terms and conditions stated herein and the provisions of any agreement between MHQ and Buyer, if applicable, shall constitute the complete and only terms and
