of the upgrade components. Responsible for permitting to support project

Facility upgrade to add a 7.5 MW turbine, HRSG, CEMS, chiller, and gas
compressor. Responsibilities included the control systems, fire protection, and
environmental monitoring system.
NECCO (Revere Energy Corp) — Revere, MA
Project Manager for facility upgrade project including Plant HVAC upgrades,
personnel protection insulation survey and installation, air compressor emergency
cooling modifications, air handler modifications, battery room venting retrofit,
emergency generator shelter structure, heat exchanger change out for jacket and
auxiliary water systems, master fuel trip installation, explosion relief valve retrofit,
and feed water system modifications.

Facility upgrade study comparing options for Brayton combustion turbine against
recuperative, Otto, and rankine cycle plants, responsible for control systems, fire
protection, and environmental monitoring system, loads and emissions profiles.
