Jeremy P. Smith, P.E., Project Manager
Background
Jeremy Smith has six years’ experience as a power plant operator and fifteen years’
experience in consulting, design, and management of commercial and industrial
facilities. Jeremy is experienced in all phases of facility design; Cost/Benefit Analysis,
Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Management. He has performed
field surveys and inspections, prepared plans and specifications, developed
construction and operational cost estimates. Specialized experience includes:
industrial boilers combustion controls, fire Alarms, DCS/PLC programming,
cogeneration (also referred to as combined heat and power) power projects, Burner
Management Systems (BMS), district thermal loops, pulp & paper mills, heat
balance, performance tests, instrumentation and controls, historian programming.

Martignetti Liquors Facility — Taunton, MA
Waldron Engineering was contracted by Nuvera Fuel Cells to complete the
installation of a Hydrogen Fuel Cell refilling station to service the Martignetti
Liquors Facility in Taunton, MA. Additionally, two locations inside the facility
received dispenser equipment. The dispenser locations were selected to minimize
impact on plant operations. .

NACCO Materials Handling Group Development Center — Fairview, OR
Waldron provided engineering, design and consulting services in support of obtaining
required permits for a hydrogen fueling station. The station located at a NACCO
Materials Handling Group facility where counterbalanced forklift trucks are
manufactured. The project involved the installation of Nuvera Fuel Cells PowerTap®
hydrogen generation, compression, storage, and dispensing equipment to provide
hydrogen for fuel cell forklifts operating at the facility.

NACCO Materials Handling Group Development Center — Greensboro, NC
Waldron provided engineering, design and consulting services in support of initial
design work for a forklift refueling skid for the NMHG facility with dispensers.

MBTA Facility — Charlestown, MA
Nuvera Fuel Cells contracted with Waldron for the engineering and design for the
MBTA facility in Charlestown, MA. The project included the installation of a
Hydrogen Fuel Cell refilling station to service MBTA buses.

Nuvera Fuel Cell Facility — Billerica, MA
Waldron Engineering provided Nuvera Fuel Cells with engineering and design
services for the NFC Facility in Billerica, MA. The project included the installation of
a Hydrogen compression equipment pad at Nuvera Fuel Cell’s Billerica facility.
