3. 90% Design

3.1. Waldron will revise and incorporate the applicable comments to design
documents from the outcome of the 75% Design Phase review meeting.

3.2. Develop piping diagrams - plan, elevation and details.

3.3. Develop ductwork diagrams - plan, elevation and details.
3.4. Develop distribution piping diagrams - plan and details.

3.5. Mechanical installation specifications.

3.6. Develop equipment foundation design and installation notes.
3.7. Develop load flow and short circuit studies.

3.8. Develop Grounding design.

3.9. Cable and conduit routing diagrams.

3.10.Develop relay coordination study.

3.11. Develop conduit block diagrams.

3.12. Develop wire interconnection diagrams.

3.13. Develop switchgear, transformer and electrical control panel specifications.
3.14. Electrical installation specifications.

3.15.Hazardous location plan.

3.16.Control system integration and hardware specifications.
3.17. Building Code Review.

3.18.Attend three (3) design progress meetings with City of Nashua project team
and their representative.

4. 100% Construction Document (CD)

4.1. Waldron will revise and incorporate the applicable comments to design
documents from the outcome of the 90% Design Phase review meeting.

4.2. Develop Arc Flash study (for new CHP installation only)
4.3. Review cogen generator and switchgear vendor submittals.

4.4, Attend one (1) pre-bid conferences with all pre-selected construction bidders
to answer questions concerning bid documents, and prepare and distribute
meeting minutes to all pre-selected equipment and construction bidders

4.5, Answer bid phase equipment and construction RFIs

5. Air Permit Application Support (service provided by Wright-Pierces)

5.1. Review project information including existing air permit, annual monitoring
reports, and emissions data for proposed generators.

5.2. Hold kick-off meeting with Waldron and City of Nashua to review existing air
permit and the impact of generator emissions.
