CORPORATE RESOLUTION
A meeting of the Board of Directors of Electrical Installations, Inc., EI was held
at the office of the corporation’s secretary in Gilford, New Hampshire on July 28, 2006
with a quorum present. .
Resolved: To authorize Darlene M. Fritz, Charles L. Fritz, James P. Fritz and
Charles L. Fritz Jr. to execute documents on behalf of Electrical Installations, Inc.,
EI and its’s division, EI Constructors as necessary for the purposes of bid
submission and contract execution.
