SCOPE EXCLUSIONS AS STATED BY CITY
The following items in the original scope of work issued by the City of Nashua were removed from consideration
pursuant to the updated scope email received October 26, 2017 from the City of Nashua:
Coordinate remote access, reports, and alarms
Coordinate control narrative
Load software on to SCADA PCS (i.e. iFix SCADA Nodes, etc.) and testing
Setup redundant servers
Setup “dummy” communications network
Develop HM! screens (develop and modify with input from client)
Develop all PLC programming
Develop all OIT programming
9. Test all programs
10. Deploy and test all SCADA PCs
11. Testing of all remote site PLC panels
12, Test all plant PLC panels -|/O checkout and startup
13. Test panel integration
14, Onsite HMI modifications
15. Testing of auxiliary panels (i.e., chem fill panels)
16. Setup network bridge
