answered and not that there were questions that Mr. Teeboom needed to be answered. | made it clear to the
committee that | appreciated their work and that | did leave in the middle of the meeting because my questions
were answered. | felt that based on the tenure of the discussion at the time that nothing further could be
gained other than | would be aggravated and might end up saying something | would regret and it felt better to
just walk out of the room.

| had scheduled the meeting because | thought you had legitimate questions and that it would be best to have
you be able to directly ask those questions. | invited Mr. Teeboom to the meeting because | also respect his
opinion. | had hoped that both of you would have come out with a better understanding and on board. |
understand that didn’t happen but | thank both of your for bothering to take the time to participate and meet
with the consultant to get the questions answered.
