information that we didn’t have last time. Could we possibly keep this where it is for now and do a little bit

MOTION BY ALDERMAN CHASSE TO TABLE
MOTION CARRIED
Alderman Moriarty
The Broad Street Parkway intersection of Elm Street and Central Street has been ruined. Now you have these
two traffic lights and its perpetual gridlock. That poor market there is going to go out of business.
Mayor Lozeau
It’s not going to go out of business because we’ve got parking spaces that are going to be there.

acceptable.
Mayor Lozeau
Well | didn’t think it was acceptable to say unkind things about people when you can resist and so when
Alderman Siegel said badgered | said “uh, uh, uh” and | think he caught himself. Alderman Siegel, | am sure
you want to respond but | would ask you to think carefully about the response.
Alderman Siegel
What | said was not here say, what | said was based on being at a meeting. It is absolutely true that | said that
| vote and Mr. Teeboom does not. | said that to the staff so that they understood that the reason why the
meeting was being held was because there were questions at the Finance Committee that needed to be
