Experience Summary

Jeffrey is a senior project manager in the Massachusetts Practice Group at Wright-
Pierce with a strong background in wastewater treatment, residuals management,
and odor control. He currently manages projects for the Massachusetts Water
Resources Authority (MWRA); the city of Lowell; the city of Nashua, New Hampshire;
the city of Manchester, New Hampshire; and the South Essex Sewerage District in
Salem, Massachusetts. He has authored numerous articles on wastewater
treatment, residual management, and odor control including the biofiltration and
biotrickling filter sections in "TR-16: Guides for the Design of Wastewater Treatment
Works,” published by the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control
Commission.
