This purchase is being made pursuant to NRO § 5-84 (A) (4), Sole-source procurements, where the
proposed purchase is manufactured by only one company.
The CIO/IT Division Director and the Purchasing Department recommend awarding the contract to
CSC, of Falls Church, VA in an amount of $42,975.
