Inclusion-Solutions is the exclusive U.S. distributor of the Franklin PakFlatt 4-Station Voting Booth.
Pursuant to NRO § 5-84 Special purchase procedures (A) (4) Sole-source procurements, where the
proposed purchase is manufactured by only one company.
The City Clerk and the Purchasing Department recommend awarding this purchase to Inclusion-Solutions
in an amount of $52,994.
