Note: Should shallow refusals be encountered prior to proposed depth of 50-feet, it maybe
necessary to take NX Rock Core samples. Should this be the case, an additional charge of
$85 per foot will be assessed to the costs, which includes labor and equipment.

Our services wil! be rendered in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily
exercised by members of the National Drilling Contractor’s Association offering drilling services
contemporaneously under similar conditions in the locality of this project. No other warranty,

please be advised that subsurface conditions may vary from those observed at locations where
samples are taken; and also, site conditions may change with time. Interpretations by us are
based solely on and limited by the information available to us and the standards of practice
current at the time and in the locality. We will review the data and make interpretations in
accordance with the standards set forth above.
