information related to this contract award.
Pursuant to § 5-84 Special purchase procedures A. (4) Sole-source procurements, where the proposed
purchase is manufactured by only one company.
The GIS Manager and the Purchasing Department recommend the purchase of this 3 year contract
software license renewal from Esri of Redlands, CA in the amount of $25,000 per year.
