You are directed to make the following changes in the Contract Documents:
Description:
An amendment to the contract has been put forward in the amount of $2,250 to include half of the
financing costs for procuring a bond for the project by the contractor.
Justification:
The original RFP and contract did not include the requirement for the project to including bonding.
Understanding a bond is required by state law to start the project, the contractor offered to split the
bond procurement costs with the City.
