Pursuant to § 5-84 Special purchase procedures A. (3) Purchases which can be procured through
cooperative intergovernmental purchase agreements with other governmental jurisdictions.
The Superintendent of the Street Department, Board of Public Works (October 27, 2016) and the
Purchasing Department recommend awarding this purchase in the amount of $48,232 to MHQ of
Shrewsbury, MA.
