D. Selection Criteria

Selection shall be based on the lowest responsive bid received for the total of the six
parcels. The City reserves the right to remove one or more of the parcels from the Scope
of Work with a corresponding reduction in the contract amount. Should such a reduction
in scope be made, this will not change the selection of lowest responsive bid based on all
six parcels.

Incomplete forms may be cause for consideration of the entire submittal to be non-
responsive.

Should the respondent to this Request for Proposals provide a completion schedule
greater than 75 calendar days, the entire submittal may be considered non-responsive.

E, General Submission Requirements
All forms must be filled out and submitted in their entirety. Forms shall not be separated

from this document. All forms shall be signed.

Hayner/Swanson, Inc. (HSI) is providing project management support services to the
City of Nashua for the Broad Street Parkway Project. Questions regarding this Request
for Qualifications should be addressed to John Vancor, P.E., at jvancor@bhayner-

All questions must be received prior to Noon on Monday September 19, 2016.
