.The Nashua Police Department (NPD) received approval at the September 7, 2016 Finance Committee
Meeting, to contract with Chick Beaulieu for a rcof replacement in the amount of $79,150. In order to
receive a permit to complete the roof project at NPD, Endpoint was hired to complete required testing to
meet Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants
(NESHAP's} regulations. The result was the finding of asbestos the needs to be removed.
NPD is requesting change order #1 in the amount of $34,000 to the purchase order to Chick Beaulieu, Inc.
te subcontract with All State Abatement Professionals ASAP, Inc. to perform the asbestos removal and
documentation.
The Nashua Police Department and Police Commissioners recommends the purchase in the amount of
$34,000 from Chick Beaulieu, inc.
