Permit Applications and Permit/Project Review Status — The system wizard walks the user through the
application process. Staff-defined steps are followed and fees are automatically assigned and payments are processed
as required. Users can track the status of their permits via the portal dashboad. All required documents can be
uploaded to each record application. Staff can communicate with the applicant via the workflow/collaboration
system. Applicants are immediately notified of additional item requests as they are entered in the system

The portal includes a complete interactive help guide for the public. “How to” Video recordings are available to
assist the public. This significantly reduces the support required by staff.
Like Permit and Project Applications, the system walks the user through the license application process. All fees
associated with the license application or renewal are processed online. The staff receive notifications of pending
applications for review, if required, via the staff dashboard. Payment are updated to the general ledger system and
exported to any accounting software.
