All DPW permit type and sub types are supported
and easily customized by the user.
Fees are generated and linked to the identified permit types automatically. Invoices and receipts are printed and
delivered electronically using the invoicing and cashiering system.
An extensive reporting exists system-wide where the DPW can isolate on only their records, inspections, fees,
invoices and activity. Inspections are tracked and resulted with monitoring via the scheduling manager.
This department also utilized the Complaint System. All complaints relating to areas under the control of the DPW
such as roadway issues, sewer problems, utility management, sidewalk and curb issues are all automatically routed to
the DPW for processing. Completed complaint processing is reported back to the public via the portal.
