Forms, Merging Data, and Reporting — The system utilizes html to create forms. Variables are used to insert data
into required forms. Forms are configure during setup. Staff have access to create and modify forms as required.
Data from multiple records can be merged into forms. Bulk printing of notifications, letters and documents is
supported. The reporting system includes over 100 “canned” reports and any additional reports required by the RFP.
Staff have the ability to create any ad-hoc report instantly and can configure the field output. The system also
supports access by Crystal Reports at the database level.
4,4 Code Enforcement
4.4.1 The Violation Case Record tracks every aspect of the violation from creation, linkage from a filed complaint,
through the inspection process, court hearings, issuance of fines, collections, to resolution of the violation. The
