directly linked to the various projects. The systems will ee ake i 2
track any draw-downs against the bonds or escrows and both
credits and debits can be managed from the general ledger accounting should the system choose to track those within
general ledger
Plan Review — The system includes a plan review desktop utility for up to 8 users. Plan documents are maintained
within the project/planning record. Staff access the data maintained in the CIVICgov server. Review activity is
tracked and kept within each packet on the server. The system proposal includes the Bluebeam Revu software
solution. Wagsys also has agreements with E-plansoft and Project Dox. E-plansoft plan review is included as an
optional upgrade option.
