with our response to the Request for Proposal RFP0611-033116 through this transmittal letter.
Wagsys is a privately held company headquartered in the State of New York. Wagsys makes the following

- This proposal shall be valid for 60 days following the deadline for bids, or until the effective date of any
resulting contract, whichever is later.
- We understand that any data contained in this proposal may become part of a contract, statement of work or
other agreement based on the requirements of the City.
- We certify Wagsys Software Technologies has not defaulted on any payments of taxes, licenses or other
monies due the City.
WAGsys Software Technologies is based in Orange City, New York. We have a long history of Government
experience and successful implementations. The program designers and executive management have over 35
years’ experience in community development, planning, construction management, code enforcement
operations, fire and life safety operations, as well as incident management and damage assessment. Our
software and implementation approach will meet or exceed your requirements as identified in the RFP.

Our offering is CIVICgov ONE Solution.. A web-based application designed and developed by Wagsys system
engineers and hosted in the Wagsys Cloud. While CIVICgov is cloud-based, Wagsys engineers can work with
municipal IT staff to implement the software locally. CIVICgov is database agnostic and independent of any
computer operating system. It will operate on any computer, any browser or any mobile device. The proposal
also includes an off-line mobile inspection app for smart phones and tablets.
