Board of Aldermen 08-09-2022 Page 26
You could do things like - everybody's worried about delay. | could swear right now, right? What's going to stop me?
You'll escort me out but I'm still going to get the word out. So you're not, you know, by saying that Zoom doesn't have a
delay - you're not - | could say anything right now. Obviously, I'm more respectful than that but I'm just saying that's not
gonna happen. | think you're cutting a lot of people off of Zoom and | don't think its right.
Alderman Thibeault talked a lot about respect. I'd like to get some respect from the Mayor. I'd like to get respect from
some of these from the Board. I've written letter after letter, complaint after complaint, fact after fact, photos after photos
concerning the disc golf at Roby Park. | did get a preliminary report from New Hampshire Department of Environmental
Services that proves there's environmental impact on critical wetlands. There's no water back there now. None. Even
with all the rain that we had, you can see the little animals feetprints in the mud and, you know, the mud is all cracked up
and dry. Yes, we're having a drought...
Donna Graham, Legislative Affairs Manager
One minute.
Denise Muccioli
...but then ripping up stumps close to critical wetlands and letting the soil erode is causing more problems. | have a lot of
problems with the way that this disc golf park was approved. Nobody applied for a wetland variance. I'm sure you’re
getting sick of me saying that. Nobody applied for a site plan. How do you get away with that? How do | get somebody
to respond to me other than just sitting here and everybody looking at me with a blank stare on their face?
Donna Graham, Legislative Affairs Manager
30 seconds.
Denise Muccioli
I'm not trying to be disrespectful but I've gotten no response back. We're all constituents. We all voted you know.
There's a whole bunch — there’s 500 people that voted. They’re not getting any answers and | don't think it’s right. | think
i's disrespectful. | don't know how this got approved by not following your own City's ordinances. If | wanted to build
something in my backyard that came close to wetland buffers...
Donna Graham, Legislative Affairs Manager
Your time is up.
Denise Muccioli
...I'd have to apply for a variance. Thank you.
President Wilshire
Okay on Zoom, we have Scott. Your name and address for the record, please.
Scott McCullough
Scott McCullough, 49 Congress Street, Apartment 6. I'd like to talk to you about hopefully you guys can bring back Zoom
down the road. | would like to see like I'm part of Best Buddies and maybe if you say hey, if you keep disrespecting me |
will be removing the person off of Zoom. It's just a suggestion Miss Co-Chair and Alderman Klee or Patricia and she is
amazing. You guys are all amazing. | hate to see Zoom go away but like you said, the disrespect on Zoom is out of
hand.
| would like to know if you guys got an email from somebody from Best Buddies. We'd like to come in September 27%
maybe to the chambers to talk about Best Buddies. | don't know if he received an email and | would like to - I'd like to
invite one of the Board of Aldermen like Alderman Kelly or Alderman John Sullivan to the Best Buddies gala down in
Concord at the Grappone Center. It's only $100 but all the money goes towards Best Buddies. I'd like to invite you guys
to the Best Buddies gala. If you're interested, please visit our website for more details. It's good to see Dawn sitting in
aldermanic chambers again. | miss her. Thank you for your time.
