CONFIRMATION OF BOARD OF ALDERMEN AND MAYOR'S APPOINTMENTS

Auditorium Commission

There being no objection, President Wilshire confirmed the re-appointment of Paul LaFlamme, 28 Lutheran Drive,
Nashua, to the Auditorium Commission with a term to expire December 31, 2024.

Oath of Office will be administered at a later date.

Conservation Commission

There being no objection, President Wilshire confirmed the new appointment of Maureen Bourque,

37 Jennifer Drive, Nashua; and the reappointments of Jedidiah Crook, 52 King Street, Nashua;

Sherry Dutzy, 18 Swart Terrace, Nashua; Gloria McCarthy, 65 Musket Drive, Nashua; and Brandon Pierotti, 14
Lochmere Lane, Nashua, to the Conservation Commission all with terms to expire December 31, 2024.

Oath of Office administered by Corporation Counsel to Maureen Bourque and Jedidiah Crook.

Conway Ice Arena Commission

There being no objection, President Wilshire confirmed the new appointment of Cheryl Lindner, Nashua, to the
Conway Ice Arena Commission with an indefinite term.

Oath of Office will be administered at a later date.

Cultural Connections

There being no objection, President Wilshire confirmed the new appointment of Shanta Bist, 4 Cobble Hill Road,
Nashua, to Cultural Connections with a term to expire February 28, 2023.

Mine Falls Park Advisory Committee

There being no objection, President Wilshire confirmed the re-appointments of Richard Gillespie, 15 Spencer
Drive, Nashua, with a term to expire December 31, 2024 and Stacey Vignault, 6 New Hampshire Avenue, Nashua,
with a term to expire January 31, 2024 to the Mine Falls Park Advisory Commitiee.

BPW Retirement System Trustees Committee

Tax Increment Financing District

There being no objection, President Wilshire confirmed the new appointment of John Griffin, Tyngsborough, MA,
to the BPW Retirement System Trustees Committee, Business & Industrial Development Authority, Tax Increment
