ORDINANCE
CLARIFYING ANIMAL PROHIBITIONS IN PARKS
CITY OF NASHUA
In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty-Two
The City of Nashua ordains that Part II “General Legislation”, Chapter 215 “Parks and
Recreation Areas”, Article I “Park and Playground Rules” Section 215-1 “Prohibited acts” of the
Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be hereby further amended by deleting the struck-
through language and adding the new underlined language as follows:
Ҥ 215-1. Prohibited acts.
In all parks, playgrounds, pools and other City recreational facilities, no person shall:
J. Bring or allow any pet deg-er-herse to be in any park or playground exeept-in
areas designated and marked by the Superintendent prohibiting pets: fer-degs
and/er-herses:”
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
