Anticipated costs would be associated staff time and fulfilling
public meeting requirements of the committee.

ANALYSIS

This legislation establishes a new Greeley Park Advisory Committee as described in the
legislation. The Committee is set up similarly to the existing Mine Falls Park Advisory
Committee. This new Committee 1s a “public body” under the Right-to-Know Law.
