Yes! It may help restaurants and businesses, but it puts a burden on handicap and others, who would like to park on
main st.

So they can enter the store of there choice, without putting up with the barriers, think of older or less able for a change,
everyone gets there.

To park in the back of an establishment is not safe for everyone.Nor is it convenient.
