DISSOLVING THE SUBSTANDARD LIVING CONDITIONS ALDERMANIC
SPECIAL COMMITTEE
CITY OF NASHUA
In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty-Two
The City of Nashua ordains that in Part | “Administrative Legislation” Chapter 5
“Administration of Government”, Part 2 “Board of Aldermen”, Article II “General Provisions”,
Section 5-9 “Standing committees”, subsection B of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as
amended, be hereby further amended by deleting the struck-through language as follows:
Ҥ 5-9. Standing committees.
B. The President shall appoint Aldermen as called for, with the first named being
Chairman and the second named being Vice Chairman, to the following standing
committees:
