FISCAL NOTE: Fiscal impact is an up to $150,000 grant to be used for a specific
purpose.
ANALYSIS
This resolution authorizes the City of Nashua to accept up to $150,000 from the National
Endowment for the Arts, American Rescue Plan (“ARP”) Grants for the purpose of providing
sub-grants to the local nonprofit arts sector in response to and recovery from the COVID-19
pandemic. This funding shall be in effect through November 30, 2023. No local match is
required.
