RESOLUTION
RELATIVE TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN ADDITIONAL $122,310 FROM THE
STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN
SERVICES INTO PUBLIC HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES GRANT
ACTIVITY “FY2022 REGIONAL PUBLIC HEALTH NETWORK SERVICES”
CITY OF NASHUA
In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty One
RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Nashua that the City of Nashua and
the Division of Public Health and Community Services are authorized to accept an additional
$122,310 from the State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services into
Public Health and Community Services Grant Activity “FY2022 Regional Public Health
Network Services” for the purpose of providing regional public health network services in the
Greater Nashua Public Health Region. Included in this funding is $105,000 for COVID-19
Health Disparities work. This funding is contingent upon approval by the Governor and
Executive Council and shall be in effect through June 30, 2022.
