This position required catering for 300-400 people a day. Coordinating parties and
catering events. Maintaining relationships with several vendors. Maintaining inventory
and ordering for each week. Teaching job skills to a new group of teenagers every few
months and adults with special needs. Staff training, scheduling, and hiring. Menu
planning for menus that required change monthly, seasonally, and meeting child nutrition
standards for the state of New Hampshire. CACFP certified. Certified instructor of
MyPlate.
