Please be advised that | am not in favor of having these barriers. | am but a small cobbler shop on factory St. |
had to live with two concrete barriers in front of my store all summer and fall. Between the pandemic and the
barriers, | lost over $ 50,000.00 in business. When the barriers were removed my business returned to normal.
I service a lot of handy capped people; my customers and | should not have to sacrifice for the sake of
restaurants on main St. These barriers are also trash collectors and turn our city into a graffiti like place that
looks like a dump.
