Oo The website currently lists current commissioners and their term end dates but there is
not a listing of party affiliation. Per the RSA, the Commission cannot have a majority of
one party and so therefore we recommend adding party affiliation.

oO One of the biggest pieces of feedback fram our group was how unclear the process to
apply was. Who do you talk to? What happens when you apply? We recommend that
the website talk about this implicitly outline what’s the process, background process,
who do you reach out to, how do you know where your application is in the process.

© We recommend that this wording be added to the website: The Nashua Police
Department welcomes community members from diverse backgrounds to apply to the
commission provided those individuals are citizens in good standing, meet
requirements, add value to the Commission, and support the mission of the Nashua
Police Department.
