ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING A YIELD SIGN ON MANCHESTER STREET AT ITS
INTERSECTION WITH CONCORD STREET
CITY OF NASHUA
In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty One
The City of Nashua ordains that Part II “General Legislation”, Chapter 320 “Vehicles
and Traffic”, Article [II “Stop and Yield Intersections”, Section 320-5 “Yield intersections”,
subsection C, of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be hereby further amended by
adding the following new underlined language in the appropriate alphabetical order:
Ҥ 320-5. Yield intersections.
C. The following shall be yield intersections:
Yield Sign on At Intersection With
Manchester Street Concord Street”
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal andor installation of the necessary
sign(s) andor device(s).
