RELATIVE TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF $18,795 FROM THE STATE OF NEW
HAMPSHIRE, DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE INTO POLICE GRANT ACTIVITY “2022
CORONAVIRUS EMERGENCY SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING (CESF) PROG RAM”
CITY OF NASHUA
In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty One
RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Nashua that the City of Nashua and
the Nashua Police Department are authorized to accept $18,795 from the State of New
Hampshire, Department of Justice into Police Grant Activity “2022 Coronavirus Emergency
Supplemental Funding (CESF) Program” for the purpose of preventing, preparing for, and
responding to the Coronavirus. This funding is contingent upon approval by the Governor and
Executive Council and shall be in effect through January 20, 2022. No local match is required.
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to enter into any grant agreement
or other documents necessary to further the purposes hereof.
