TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF NASHUA:
Pursuant to the Nashua Revised Ordinances, Chapter 285, Article Ill, Sections 21-22, the
undersigned requests that the following described portion of:
Shore Drive
be accepted for public use and maintenance:
A certain parcel of land situated in the City of Nashua, County of Hillsborough, State of New
Hampshire, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stone bound located on the northerly sideline of West Hollis Street at the
southeasterly corner of the within described parcel; thence
Along the northerly sideline of said West Hollis Street by the following two (2) courses:
N79°17'28"W, a distance of 57.05 feet to a point; thence
Northwesterly by a curve to the left having a radius of 1,667.02 feet, a delta of 01°30°04” and
an arc length of 43.67 feet to a stone bound; thence
Northeasterly by a curve to the left having a radius of 25.00 feet, a delta of 88°18'24” and an
arc length of 38.53 feet to a stone bound; thence
N13°50’'27"E, a distance of 66.66 feet to a stone bound; thence
Northerly by a curve to the left, having a radius of 400.00 feet, a delta of 20°40'14" and an arc
length of 144.31 feet to a stone bound; thence
N06°49'47’"W, a distance of 617.26 feet to a stone bound: thence
Northeasterly by a curve to the right having a radius of 150.00 feet, a delta of 90°00'00” and an

Drive; thence
