Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement te the contrary, Johnsen Contro's and Customer agree as follows:

‘ Annual Service Charge — Initial Term. Johnson Controls agrees to honor the Annual Service Charge for Monitoring Services specified in this Agreement for the Initial Term of the
Agreement. Thereafter, the Annual Service Charge may be increased by the increase in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Eamers (“CPI-W’), All llems, U.S. City Average for the
prior twelve (12) month period or 5%, whichever is less.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, except those expressly modified herein, shall remain in full force and effect.
