Change Order No. 1
To approve Change Order No. 1 to the Fimbel Garage Door Contract with
Fimbel Garage Doors of Merrimack, NH in the amount of $61,615.70. Funding
for this contract is through Department 161: Streets; Fund: Escrow; Activity:
Garage Door Replacement.
Change Order No. 1
Fimbel Garage Doors was awarded the garage door replacement contract with the
City of Nashua when it went to Bid in November of 2021. Fimbel has agreed to
hold their pricing.
This Change Order No. 1, in the amount of $61,615.70, is to replace additional
doors that are in poor condition. This will also include the wash bay door.
